I'm Nils. This is why I built it.
At some point, my phone number became the family tech support line.
Always the same questions, from different people: a phone that wouldn't connect, a printer that had stopped working for no obvious reason, a relative locked out of their email. I was happy to help. What I couldn't stop noticing was how universal the problem was — not the device, but the explanation. Nobody had ever explained how any of this works in plain terms.
I work in data and have a technical background, so finding answers is something I can do. But that shouldn't be a prerequisite for using your own devices. So I built NilsIT: a tech assistant that explains things the way I would if you called me. One step at a time, in plain language, without making you feel like you should already know this.

Worth knowing before you start
- We never ask for your passwords or remote access to your device. Ever.
- Your conversations are private. We don't sell or share your data.
- If you want to leave, you can delete your account and everything in it in under a minute.
- NilsIT will never ask you to install something or give anyone access to your computer.
